TERMS & CONDITIONS:

WINTER WONDER LAND ACTIVITY AREA T&C’s:

• Winter Wonderland Activity Area will take place at Salam Corridor First Floor, between 4pm to 9pm on 23 December to 1 January.
• Free entry to the Activity Area and meet and Greet Santa.
• The activation is based on a first come, first served basis, and once maximum capacity is reached, it may require waiting time.
• Participants should be under 16 years old. Those under 12 years old must be with a parent or guardian. The parent or guardian can wait outside of the activation areas.
• Attendees should be kind and respect each other.
• The activation is based on a first come, first served basis, and once maximum capacity is reached, it may require waiting time.
• Trolleys are not allowed inside the Activity area.
• Parents and their children to stand in the designated area to take photos.
• Families to take responsibility of their children and acknowledge that we are released of any liability.
• Makani Al Ain Mall reserves the right to alter, amend or add to these terms and conditions and withdraw this activity without notifying guests at any time and guests shall be bound by such changes.
• Makani Al Ain Mall shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage or expense, monetary loss or damage to any guest resulting from participating in this activation.

NOTICE OF PHOTOGRAPHIC AND MEDIA RECORDING

When you attend the “Winter Wonderland” show and Meet and Greet at Makani Al Ain Mall, you enter an area where photographic, audio and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to such recording media and its release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites. You further waive all rights you may have to any claims in connection with any exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting or other publication.
