TERMS & CONDITIONS:

SINGALONG T&C’s:

• Masha & The Bear Singalong will take place at Salam Corridor First Floor, between 2pm to 10pm on 19 to 28 August 2022.
• Show 1 – 03:00 pm | Show 2 – 04:30 pm | Show 3 – 06:00 pm | Show 4 – 07:30 pm | Show 5 – 08:30 pm
• The Show is FREE to all participants (non-ticketed), with age restriction limit from 3 to 13 years old.
• Visitors agree to adhere to COVID-19 health and safety guidelines at all times by wearing a mask and adhering to social distancing measures.
• The seating area queue will be opening 30 minutes prior to start each show.
• The activation is based on a first come, first served basis, and once maximum capacity is reached, it may require waiting time.
• Admission is limited by number of standing locations inside the show viewing area.
• Trolleys are not allowed inside the viewing area.
• Families to take responsibility of their children and acknowledge that we are released of any liability.
• Al Ain Mall reserve the right to amend any rules at any time. Entry into the event indicates acceptance of all the terms and conditions. We also reserve the right to cancel the event at any time without any official or prior notice.
• Al Ain Mall shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage or expense, monetary loss or damage to any guest resulting from participating in this activation.

MEET & GREET T&C’s:

• Meet & Greet 1 – 03:20 pm | Meet & Greet 2 – 06:20 pm | Meet & Greet 3 – 09:15 pm
• Every AED 100 spend at any retail outlet; one family will get one entry to Masha and The Bear Meet & Greet Session.
• The guardian/parent needs to redeem the receipts at Customer Service desk to collect the wristbands.
• Receipts presented must be during the activation period ( 19 – 28 August) as defined above to be eligible for entry.
• One Family is allowed a maximum of 5 passes.
• Wristbands will be distributed to families during each show session. Wristbands will be printed in different colors with each color designating one session of the Meet & Greet.
• Parents and their children should be wearing face masks, but can remove when taking a photo with the characters.
• Parents and their children to stand in the designated area to take photos.
• Attendees should be kind and respect each other.
• The activation is based on a first come, first served basis, and once maximum capacity is reached, it may require waiting time.
• Photocopies or facsimiles of receipts are not valid. Receipts from Service outlets, Money Exchanges, Banks, ATMs and other Bill/Utility payment kiosks cannot be exchanged.
• Receipts must be checked and stamped at the customer service desks.
• By participating in the promotion, entrants agree that Al Ain Mall may contact them with email offers and SMS with a right to unsubscribe from the promotion list at any time.
• Al Ain Mall reserves the right to alter, amend or add to these terms and conditions and withdraw this activity without notifying guests at any time and guests shall be bound by such changes.
• Al Ain Mall shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage or expense, monetary loss or damage to any guest resulting from participating in this activation.

ACTIVITY AREA T&C’s:

• Masha & The Bear Activity Area will take place at Salam Corridor First Floor, between 2pm to 10pm on 19 to 28 August 2022.
• Every AED 100 spend at any retail outlet in Al Ain Mall, one family will get one entry to Masha and The Bear Activity Area.
• The guardian/parent needs to redeem the receipts at Customer Service desk to collect the wristbands.
• Parents need to present a receipt(s) of AED 100 at the customer service for the whole family to enter the Masha & The Bear activity area. Playing time is defined as one round of activities (1 to 6) or a maximum of 45 minutes.
• The guardian/parent needs to redeem the receipts at Customer Service desk to collect the wristbands.
• One Family is allowed a maximum of 5 passes.
• The activation is based on a first come, first served basis, and once maximum capacity is reached, it may require waiting time.
• Participants should be under 16 years old. Those under 12 years old must be with a parent or guardian. The parent or guardian can wait outside of the activation areas.
• Attendees should be kind and respect each other.

When you attend the “Masha and The Bear” show and Meet and Greet at Al Ain Mall, you enter an area where photographic, audio and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to such recording media and its release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites. You further waive all rights you may have to any claims in connection with any exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting or other publication.
